At AIM we use to give any service that are related to managing and optimizing supplier equipment that is on customer premise, i.e. in the field. This allows us to refer companies who need to manage installation, service or repairs of systems or equipment.

Qualified Engineers from our team are available for person to visit for any technical query which cannot be solved by distance communication and assistance.

We provide a dedicated technical staff to look at the problem and has the ability to visit the client site at any given time.

We maintain stock of all essential spares for all our products. We ensure dispatch of spare parts within 24 hours provided the requirement is clear and commercial formalities are completed.

AIM provides complete set of operation and maintenance manuals are given to the customer at the time of installation.

Manuals consist of all the detailed information on safety instructions, installation, operation, maintenance, circuit diagram, data and etc.
